The staff was brilliantly friendly and easy going. the location was particularly good and magnificent, not far from the Saint Lazare Metro station, which has connections to several train lines. - the public parking was an excellent bonus. - It was close to most tourist attractions in the city. Opera Deauville in Paris truly impressed me with its superbly friendly staff, amazing location near the Saint Lazare Metro station with connections to various train lines, excellent public parking, and proximity to major tourist attractions in the city.

Airy & neat room with the patio, was impossible to stand in, for example. Breakfast with the bakery in the same street. Location just off the Metro, and many nearby highlights of Paris, the shopping center and metro station and the shopping areas in Paris.

The Hotel really costs its price. It is good located (about 15 minutes walk to Opera and 25 minutes to Louvre). It is close to the metro station and also to the RER station AUBER, which goes directly to the Disney Land and La Vallee Village, for example. We had a really good room (#45), which was very quite, clean and comfortable. All the staff is very responsive and ready to help on any issue. They also speak English quite well. Breakfast was ok too. Not very much choice, but for the three stars hotel, I think, it was pretty good: eggs, toasts, bakery, ham, cheese, yogurts, some fruits, coffee, tea. In a whole, we liked the stay very much and definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are just awesome! They were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs and questions. The location is great; in a safe neighbourgood that's very close to a train/metro station (Saint-Lazare), additionally it's close to a major shopping area (Boulevard Haussmann). The breakfast was healthy and good but without much variety (totally acceptable for a 3 stars hotel though).
Just like everyone; the lift :) It is extremely small. The smallest I've ever seen in my life. It fits 2 people only and using it for the luggage was cumbersome. It went out of order once (for half a day) during the 6 days I've spent in the hotel. The breakfast area is rather small as well, however this wasn't really an issue as the staff's attitude totally made up for it!

Great location! Easy access to public transportation with the RER and 3 metro stations nearby 🚇. Plus, you're just a stone's throw away from the shopping areas. Our room was peaceful and had a lovely bath/shower combo. We also enjoyed chilling out on the patio.

Hotel staff is just lovely, so helpful and kind that makes your stay at the hotel nice. Hotel was good, like most 3 star hotels in Paris. Clean, tidy, a bit old fashioned decoration. Location was good, only one block from the metro. We recommend this hotel.
The elevator! so so small that if you are carrying 2 suitcases there is no room for a second person. But you can manage...

The hotel may be a bit outdated in terms of its interior decor.
